Big Brother Malta is the Maltese adaptation of the international reality television franchise, where contestants live together under constant surveillance, isolated from the outside world. The inaugural season premiered on January 19, 2025, on TVM, featuring 15 housemates competing for the grand prize. The show is hosted by Ryan Borg and Josmar Gatt. Following the success of Big Brother internationally, TVM announced on June 24, 2024, that applications for the first Maltese edition of the show were opened.
