Our club was set up in 1955. The initial proposal by a few individuals to set up a waterpolo team immediately found support amongst the sporting public of the locality Immediately contacts started to be made with persons who could assist in its formation. Amongst these one can mention Mr. Frank Rizzo Naudi, a goalkeeper with Valletta and ex national player, and the Hon. Dr. Albert V. Hysler, then Minister of Health. And in June of that year, the first committee was formed
