Shawnee Pourier is a rising Native American actress, best known for her breakout role as Two Moons in the 2025 Netflix Western miniseries American Primeval.

She is a member of the Oglala Lakota tribe and grew up on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

She is bilingual, speaking both English and Lakota.

Her interest in acting was encouraged by her uncle, actor Tatonka Means, who helped her secure her first talent agent.

Pourier is also involved with 3feathers, a business that sells traditional Oglala Lakota star quilts, helping to promote her tribal culture and art.
