LEGO sets based on the James Cameron films were originally released in 2022 and 2023. According to The Minifigure Store, new sets are expected for 2025 to coincide with the next movie's release. Many of the older movie sets have been retired.
2025 set: LEGO Avatar – Toruk Makto and the Tree of Souls (75574): Though this set was released in 2022 and later retired, it is noted to be re-releasing in 2025, according to Avatar Wiki.

LEGO Avatar Payakan the Tulkun & Crabsuit (75579): This 761-piece set from The Way of Water movie includes a buildable Crabsuit and a large, posable Tulkun figure.
LEGO Avatar Metkayina Reef Home (75578): This 528-piece set depicts the Metkayina clan's home from The Way of Water and includes minifigures of Ronal, Tonowari, Neytiri, and Kiri.
LEGO Avatar Floating Mountains: Site 26 & RDA Samson (75573): This set features the iconic floating mountains and the RDA Samson helicopter, along with Jake Sully, Dr. Grace Augustine, Trudy Chacon, and an AMP suit figure.
LEGO Avatar Jake & Neytiri's First Banshee Flight (75572): Recreates the scene where Jake and Neytiri bond with Banshees. Includes the two minifigures and two posable Banshee figures.
