LEGO Unikitty!

LEGO Unikitty!

The LEGO Unikitty! theme was a line of sets released in 2018 based on the animated television series of the same name, which was a spin-off of The LEGO Movie. The theme has since been retired, with production ending by late 2019.

Overview

The sets centered on Princess Unikitty and her friends in the Unikingdom. Unlike standard minifigure-based themes, the sets featured brick-built figures with limited articulation but vibrant colors and playful designs. The theme was intended to encourage creativity and fun, mirroring the show's focus on happiness and positivity. The product line included standard building sets as well as a series of collectible, blind-bagged figures.

Main Characters

The primary characters featured across the sets were the inhabitants of the Unikingdom:

Princess Unikitty: The cat-unicorn hybrid ruler of the Unikingdom, known for her boundless energy and occasional fiery temper when angered.

Prince Puppycorn: Unikitty's younger brother, a somewhat clueless but loyal pug-unicorn hybrid.

Dr. Fox: The castle's resident red fox scientist, whose inventions often lead to adventures.

Hawkodile: Unikitty's tough but tender hawk-crocodile hybrid bodyguard.

Richard: A grey 1x3 LEGO brick who serves as the royal advisor and property caretaker, known for his dull monotone voice and rational nature.

Master Frown & Brock: The main antagonists of the series (Master Frown is a "Doom Lord" from Frown Town), who are friends and roommates intent on spreading misery.

Availability

As the LEGO Unikitty! theme is retired, the sets are no longer available in official LEGO stores or most standard retailers. Collectors can find them through secondary market sources:

Online Marketplaces: Websites like eBay are common places to find both new and used sets, as well as individual figures.

Specialized Brick Retailers: Various online retailers specializing in retired or individual LEGO pieces may have a selection of Unikitty! sets and collectible figures.

Collector Communities: Forums and websites dedicated to LEGO collecting often have users looking to trade or sell retired sets.
